We need recruiters (possible without experience) to hire drivers of large trucks in the US market. English at the Advanced level (C1) is the key to a successful start. We already have candidate drivers ready for cooperation in the USA. Your mission is to conduct quality interviews, collect documentation and effective onboarding. Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role. Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Oversee the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary steps are completed. Exhibit flexibility to handle different tasks related to recruitment and HR as needed.
