Logistics Manager in Staff Service

Our partner, a leading international company (agricultural industry), announces a tender for the position of Logistics Manager (Logistics Manager)

Functional duties:

• creation and processing of transportation requests in the accounting systems of the company 1C and SBO/SAP: incoming documents, movement, delivery to customers
• full support and control of the process of product delivery according to applications: from the creation of an application to its closure
• communication with transport service providers, forwarders, warehouses and internal / external customers
• ensuring and monitoring the availability of all original documents , necessary for the accounting of transport and warehouse logistics
• control of payables to suppliers of warehouse and transport services
• coordination of the work of regional warehouses
• participation in the organization and conduct of quarterly inventories of regional warehouses
• collection and processing of information for the formation of reports

Requirements:

• higher education
• work experience in transport and warehouse logistics from 3 years (in agricultural direction, distribution / distribution logistics)
• knowledge of legislative requirements in the field of ground transportation
• knowledge of INCOTERMS
• work experience in transportation both by the company's own transport and by forwarding / transport companies
• experience with TMS systems and tender platforms (S2B or others)
• confident user of Excel, Outlook, Word
• experience in 1C and SAP/SBO will be an advantage
• willingness to work overtime during periods of peak loads

• ability to find a common language with colleagues, partners and clients
