Logistics manager in Promotion

Our client, an international agro-industrial company of the complex (production and sale of plant protection products) invites a Logistics Manager to its team. 

Main duties:

• Creation and processing of transportation requests in 1C and SBO/SAP systems (incoming documents, movement, delivery);
• Full support and control of the delivery process from creation to closing of the request;
• Communication with suppliers, by freight forwarders, warehouses and customers.
• Control of the availability of original documents for transport and warehouse logistics;
• Monitoring of payables to suppliers.
• Coordination of the work of regional warehouses;

• Participation in warehouse inventory;
• Collection and processing of information for reports.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in transport and warehouse logistics from 3 years;
• Knowledge of legislative requirements in the field of ground transportation;
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS;< /li>
• Experience in transportation both by the company's own transport and by forwarding / transport companies;
• Experience in working with TMS systems and tender platforms (S2B or others);
• Confident user of Excel, Outlook, Word;
• Experience in 1C and SAP/SBO will be an advantage;
• Willingness to work overtime during periods of peak workloads.
