Functional:

• Ensures full support of the enterprise assigned to the specialist in matters of provision of TMC.
• Controls the shipment of goods according to importance and priority.
• Processes the letters received from the enterprises assigned to him, checks the balances in the central warehouses of the Branch and the presence of issued orders in SAP, contacts the adjacent units to resolve the issue of statements/ shipment of TMCs.
• Ensures document flow between the Branch and the enterprise attached to it.
• Compilation of reports within the framework of their official duties

Requirements:

• Higher education (perhaps a technical school), work experience of 1 year or more.
• Knowledge of the principles of document management, the rules for creating product accompanying documentation, product acceptance standards .
• Fluency in PC (required!) Confident user of MS Office, ability to learn new programs, working in SAP ERP is a must.
