We are looking for a mInventory Planning and Management Manager who will take over the full cycle of inventory management in warehouses distributors (DC) and coordination of logistics processes. If you know how to turn numbers into effective deliveries and strive for optimization - we are waiting for you!

Your key tasks:

• Inventory management: Real-time monitoring of stock in DC warehouses.
• Planning: Demand forecasting taking into account trends and seasonality, forming replenishment orders.
• Optimization: Maintain inventory balance, work with MOQ, EOQ, Safety Stock indicators to minimize shortages and surpluses.
• Operational logistics: Adjustment shipments (multiplicity of pallets/routes), formation of routes for customers and preparation of accompanying documentation (original documents, certificates).
• Coordination: Interaction with production, sales department and GBT logistics to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Reporting: Preparation of monthly reports and initiation of inventory optimization strategies.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience: from 2 years in the field of logistics or inventory planning.
• Professional knowledge: Understanding of the principles of ABC analysis, JIT, Safety Stock. Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Technical skills:
  • Expertth level of mastery of Excel (VPR, pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • A confident user of the MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge and experience of working in 1C.
• Personal qualities: High analytical literacy, attention to details, ability to make decisions independently and quickly adapt to changes.
