We are looking for a Logistics Analyst who will take over the full cycle of inventory management at distributor warehouses (DC) and coordination of logistics processes. If you know how to turn numbers into effective deliveries and strive for optimization - we are waiting for you!

Your key tasks:

• Monitoring the balances in DC warehouses in real time.
• Forecasting demand taking into account trends and seasonality, formation of replenishment orders.
• Maintenance of stock balance, work with MOQ, EOQ, Safety Stock indicators to minimize shortages and surpluses.
• Adjustment of shipments (multiplicity of pallets/routes), formation of routes for customers and preparation of accompanying documentation (primary documents, certificates).
• Interaction with GBT production, sales and logistics to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Preparation of monthly reports and initiation of inventory optimization strategies.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience: from 2 years in the field of logistics or inventory planning.
• Professional knowledge: Understanding of the principles of ABC analysis, JIT, Safety Stock. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Technical skills:
  • Expert level of knowledge of Excel (VPR, pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • Confident user of MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge and experience in 1C.
• Personal qualities: High analytical literacy, attention to detail, ability to make decisions independently and quickly adapt to changes.
