Localization Project Manager (Howly) in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Localization Manager in 1. Intelligent document automation: Eliminate the routine - our product makes working with documents easier so users can focus on more important tasks.

2. Platform for career growth: We help people grow - the platform opens opportunities for career development: from resumes to career consultations.

3. AI job search and automatic creation of resumes and cover letters: We help people find jobs faster. We do this with the help of AI job search, automatic creation of resumes and cover letters in one click.

4. Tech talent marketplace: We connect technical experts with those who seek their expertise - a marketplace where experts and users find each other quickly.

We move with clear business logic and build a company that is comfortable to work for today and wants to stay for a long time. In 4+ years we have grown to a team of 300+ people and are actively growing. One of the key vectors of this growth is the localization of our products. We have strong expertise in this area: some products have already been quickly and efficiently localized in 30+ languages. And this is just the beginning. That is why we are looking for a Localization Manager who will take over the full management and scaling of the localization process.

What will the Localization Manager doin Howly:

—Fully manage the localization cycle of Howly products: from launch and preparation of localization into new languages to constant maintenance of translation relevance in products.
—Pwork with the Crowdin platform: order translations, interact with the support team, respond to translators' requests, understand the settings, functionality and capabilities of the platform.
- Interact with engineering teams: coordinate and optimize localization processes, ensure transparent communication, support teams with issues of platform operation, translation orders and status readiness.
—Manage the process of professional proofreading and review of translations: find and engage external contractors, coordinate their work and monitor the implementation of results into products.
—Ensure timely ordering of translations both through Crowdin and directly from external contractors.
—Conduct research on localized versions of competitor products and suggest ideas for improvement quality and effectiveness of localization.
— Monitor compliance with Tone of Voice, glossaries, and local linguistic and cultural features in translations.
— Maintain and maintain up-to-date documentation on localization processes.

What for us important:

- The level of English B2+/C1 (knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage)
- Experience in the management of product localization/translation processes or experience in project, content or operations management with a focus on process management
- Preferred experience with localization platforms (Crowdin is a priority), CAT tools, TMS or other translation management services
- Strong managerial and communication skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and foreign contractors
