The Right to Protection, CF
GENERAL INFORMATION
BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of war, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
Project "Providing protection and assistance services with asylum for IDPs, returnees and war-affected population in Ukraine", which is implemented by the BF "Right to Defense", aimed at protecting and supporting the rights of internally displaced persons and the population affected by the conflict. The Fund monitors the protection and support of initiatives of local communities, advocates for the improvement of legal norms and policies, and also provides free legal assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs).
With the support of the UNHCR, within the framework of the project, the Fund implements the direction of emergency cash assistance for IDPs and is looking for a candidateLocal emergency cash assistance coordinatorBO“BF "Right to Protection"" reports to the Coordinator for Emergency Cash Assistance.
Duties local coordinator for providing emergency cash assistanceprovide information processing and general support for the activities of the BF "Right to Defense" at the regional level, in particular, but not limited to the following:
Coordination of projectsgood monetary assistance in the area under the coordinator's control;
Organization of team work to achieve project goals, quantitative and qualitative indicators;
Ensuring the proper maintenance of the database in accordance with existing instructions and quality control of database filling by regional teams;
Preference is given to candidates who have their own car.
Education required
Understanding the local context of internal displacement;
Awareness of humanitarian principles and human rights standards;
Experience in organizing team work;
Tolerance; the ability to create and maintain a friendly working atmosphere;
Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level will be an advantage;
Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
Availability of car and driver's licenseI will be an advantage.
