Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of child rights.
The main task of the local coordinator: ensuring the implementation of the project in accordance with the program plan and budget in the territory of the Golob community Volyn region.
Responsibilities:
preparation of the project work plan and launch of the project at the local level;
ensure comprehensive planning of project implementation at all stages;
ensuring the implementation of the goals and objectives of the project, in accordance with the commitments;
participation in the development of the reporting process and in the further preparation of reports based on the results of project activities;
coordination with other UNICEF projects in the community;
preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation within the framework of the project;
organization and implementation of activities of the UMPD program plan as part of project work at the local level;
conducting communication and organizing joint meetings with partners, stakeholders and donors involved in activities within the framework of the project;
ensuring partner interaction with the donor within the framework of project implementation;
ensuring all conditions for passing the projectand organizational audits;
provision of other professional services related to project implementation and international cooperation.
higher education in economics, finance, public administration, social work or related fields
at least 2 years of experience in the field of providing social services;
experience working with projects from international organizations;
media experience would be an advantage;
understanding the structure and components of social services in the community and in general;
knowledge and skills in project management, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, program and financial reporting, administration, project communications;
knowledge of legislation in the field of child rights protection and social protection;
experience of work/cooperation with authorities and local self-government;
leadership qualities;
diplomacy and developed communication skills,ability to advocate for the community at the level of decision-makers;
fluency in Ukrainianlanguage;
computer and technical literacy belonging to the community, permanent residence in the community, or, as a last resort, living in a neighboring community, but on the condition of understanding the structure of the local self-government bodies of this community and decision-making mechanisms, normative and regulatory acts; p>
