Main responsibilities :Administration of workstations:Support of users with Mac OS and Windows operating systems.Support servers: Maintenance of Linux servers (websites, document management, Weagro/Edilo, Zabbix, BLunch projects). Work with Windows servers (remote access, AD). Office infrastructure: Support for printers, MFPs, Wi-Fi networks and Internet unity. Ensuring the correct operation of equipment for conferences (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet). User support: Facilitating effective work over 50 users of Apple equipment. Technical support in conducting webinars and remote meetings. Service administration: Management of Microsoft 365, domains and e-mail. Infrastructure outside the office: Maintenance of security recorders and other equipment at various company locations. Maintenance: Purchasing, sales, equipment repair. Control of consumables. If necessary, perform work support duties office (Wi-fi, printers, users) Basic requirements: Experience in a similar position from 2 years. Experience working with Linux servers (from 3 years) Experience in setting up and maintaining a local network. Setting up RouterOS. Confident knowledge of Mac OS, Windows (TS).
