Linkbuilding Team Leader in PIN-UP.BUSINESS

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Linkbuilding Team Leader to join our team in the exciting and fast-paced world of iGaming.

In this role, you will oversee and guide our Outreach and Crowd Specialist subteams, driving successful linkbuilding strategies for our client projects.

If you have a strong background in SEO, an understanding of the iGaming niche, and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you!

You are our perfect match if you got:

• Proven experience in relevant role (2+ years);
• Linkbuilding team management from 5 specialists;
• Understanding of working in a niche, taking into account geo-specific features;
• Ability to setup processes and team from scratch;
• Goal oriented strategic thinking;
• Strong OKR management skills;
• English B2;

Will be a plus:

• Availability of use cases (process setup and improvement);
• Google Apps Scripts;
• Looker Studio / Tableau;

What will you do:

• Manage Outreach and Crowd teams;
• Achieving team KPIs within the budget;
• Ensure the implementation of processes for filling the donor base, the presence and indexing of links;
• Initiation of activities aimed at improving results in collaboration with related teams;
• Establishing the necessary processes in the team;
• Conducting technical interviews with linkbuilders;
• Budgeting and Reporting providing;
