The main task of a link builder (outreach specialist) is to establish positive and long-term relationships with web resource owners (webmasters) repeatedly placing publications (guest posts) on their websites over time.
In essence, the workflows are similar to the work of a sales manager and a support manager.

SAL depends on experience, results and actual work, reference: without of experience ($2/hour, ~360$/m), Junior ($3/hour, ~480$/m), Middle ($4/hour, ~650$/m), Senior ($5/hour, ~800$/m)
Duties:
- Analysis of sites and sending pitches according to the databases provided
- Independent search and collection of databases for processing
- Sending follow-ups
- Executing the plan
- Checking the posts made. Once a quarter
- Ongoing tasks
- Weekly reports
- Clear and courteous communication with site owners, colleagues and other vendors.
- Proper recording of workflow in Asana project managers and Google spreadsheets.
