Therefore, together with our CRM Marketing Lead Olena Zarubina, we are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will build effective communications to increase engagement and retention of our users: you will develop and launch communication sequences from different channels (email, push, in-app messages), analyze results and conduct continuous experiments to improve them. What product will you work with :Nibble is one of Headway's apps with short interactive lessons on a variety of topics: from math to art. It helps to comprehensively develop and pump the skills most in demand in the modern world, such as critical thinking, problem solving, good memory and imagination. In May and June 2024, Nibble hit the main screen of the App Store in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Spain and 50 other countries as "App of the Day". Nibble has more than 3 million downloads in the world. Why it's interesting: Your decisions will affect the company's business indicators, they will be seen by millions of users. You will be able to build communications from scratch and see the result of your actions. What you need to do: Generate ideas and launch communication campaigns. Analyze and draw conclusions on all launches. Segment the audience and develop communication sequences for these users. Collaborate with product teams to create a holistic user journey. Run A/B tests for communications .We are looking for you if: You have at least 2 years of experience working with various communication channels (email, push, in-app messages) You like to experiment and generate new ideas. You understand how to build communication with the user to achieve different types of goals. You have experience in audience segmentation based on behavioral factors. You speak English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above. You want and know how to learn quickly.
