Level Designer (Unannounced Shooter Game) Lviv, remotely My We are developing a cross-platform third-person shooter with a realistic setting and innovative gameplay. This is a large and ambitious project from a technical point of view, as well as graphics and game design. The project team independently controls all stages of game creation and takes care of the players' experience. You will be able to influence key decisions in prototyping, development, art and game design. Send your resume to realize your ideas to create a shooter that you would like to play yourself! You will be able to work at the office in Lviv or remotely on the territory of Ukraine. You will: design and create unique levels; implement level layout, players and NPCs, interactive objects and other game entities; cooperate with game designers to find new gameplay ideas and scenarios and implement their pre-game levels; conduct playtests and analyze the received information; cooperate with art teams for prototyping and implementation of a detailed high-quality environment; interact with technical teams to develop and improve the tools and processes used to create levels. We expect from you: 2+ years of experience in a similar position, working on a multiplayer shooter will be a plus; the ability to develop design maps, collect blockouts, process feedback from stakeholders and quickly make changes; understanding the features of movement on the game map; knowledge of functions involving players; experience designing levels using Maya, 3ds Max, Unity ProBuilder or similar 3D editors; understanding the theory and philosophy of level design; proficiency in Ukrainian; knowledge of the English language at the level of Intermediate+.
