> Expectations from the candidate:

• L&D experience of at least 2 years. (L&D experience in Tech will be an additional advantage);
• Ability to effectively organize learning and development processes;
• experience with LMS;
• Strong communication skills and skills work in a team;
• possession of modern, progressive content creation techniques (AI, Canva, etc.);
• Knowledge of English at B1-B2.

your area of ​​responsibility will be:

• Organization of the newcomers of the company;
• participation in the development of algorithms from adaptation and training;
• coordinating the evaluation process of 360 employees, including preparation, collection and analysis of information;
• Development and implementation of individual development plans for employees;
• Creation and adaptation of educational materials for various audiences;
• Responsibility for filling and updating educational content in the LMS Academy Ocean;
• coordination and monitoring of English language teaching program for employees. /ul>
