Learning and Development Manager in OTP BANK Ukraine

In this role you will:
• Perform the duties of the head of the department. 
• Develop and coordinate training programs and projects, including planning, communication, support and reporting.
• Manage and deliver key learning and development initiatives, both online and offline.
• Facilitate training events, ensuring interesting and effective sessions. , as well as registration and attendance management.
• Participate in the development and implementation of PDP (personnel plans development) and assessments in the LMS system.
• Manage learning requests, including selecting providers, courses and programs according to needs.< br/>• Administer and develop training programs in the LMS system.
 

Skills that you will need:
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail.
• Results oriented with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Facilitation experience and the ability to deliver engaging sessions .
• High level of English (B2 level).
• Canva and Mural skills to create content.
• Experience with Articulate and MOCO platforms (LMS).
 

Will be an advantage:
• 3+ years of experience in the field of learning and development (Learning and Development, L&D).
• Previous experience in HR will be a plus.
