Functions:

• Analysis of processes and detection of losses;
• Methodological and process support of the lean production system;
• Support of project activities in the direction of Lean / WCM;
• Training and thematic activities on Lean;
• Initiation and creation of documents that support the culture of lean production;
• Monitoring the results of project activities and preparation of reports;
• Ensuring the stable functioning of implemented systems.

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical/economic);
• 1 year of work experience in the field of production or process improvement;
• Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, 5Why, Kaizen, SMED, VSM, etc.) and practical experience in their implementation;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and form analytical conclusions;
• Skills for conducting training and workshops for production teams:
• Proficiency in software: basic functions of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Level of knowledge of the English language - A2.
