• Higher education (economics, finance, management)
• Work experience in the field of retail with similar functionality from 2 years
• Fluent PC skills, knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel (formulas, VPR), construction of maps, process flow charts (Visio)
• Knowledge of SQL will be a plus
• Availability of own car and willingness to use it at work
• Leadership, responsibility, flexibility and the ability to work in a team

In our team you will:

• Develop a strategy for implementing effective solutions to optimize business processes in the network
• Support a team of business process optimization managers
• Develop technical tasks, communicate with by external developers
• Implement the integration of LEAN management in the company
• Manage projects, manage the portfolio projects
• Monitor projects and resources, control the fulfillment of tasks and deadlines
• Prepare and present analytics and reports for external meetings
• Participate in project activities of the department and other subdivisions
