Responsibilities: Organization and coordination of projects for the continuous improvement of production, management and support processes at the level of the enterprise, divisions and workplaces. Implementation of Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen methodologies to eliminate inconsistencies and losses, increasing the efficiency of operations. Support and training of employees in the application of continuous improvement tools. Conducting process analysis to identify potential opportunities improvement. Participation in the development of new methods and approaches to improving business processes. Preparation of reports and presentations for management on the results of implemented changes. Requirements: Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (LSS, Kaizen, 5S); Possession of a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt; Knowledge English at an intermediate level.
