Expertise required:< br style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal"/>Professional skills:

• Higher education (technical, economic or in the field of management)
• Experience in a similar position or in the field of business process optimization (from 3 years)
• Practical knowledge and experience of working with Lean tools (Kaizen , 5S, Kanban, VSM, PDCA, Gemba)
• Knowledge of optimization methods processes
• Experience in the development of regulatory documentation
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt would be an advantage)

Personal skills:

• Focus on results, structural and systematic approach to tasks
• Ability to build long-term business relationships and maintain communication
• Practical experience in multitasking mode
• Structural and process thinking
• Analytical mindset

Responsibility for the result:

• Spreading Lean culture in the Company
• Conducting departmental audits for compliance with business process maturity level requirements
• Providing methodological support to Teams in the implementation of Lean tools
• Organization and implementation of process improvement project defenses
• Supporting projects to identify "bottlenecks" and increase the operational efficiency of the company
• Preparation of the best projects for the lean fair
