responsibilities:

• Current maintenance of physical and electronic document circulation;
• control over compliance with the requirements of current legislation, rules, standards, rules, provisions of instructions on OP, production sanitation
< l> control over the observance of the warehouses of the established processes, rules of handling machines, mechanisms, use of collective and personal protection tools
• conducting introductory instruction on labor protection, control of the implementation of instructions on OP, conducting re -training and instruction , certification and recertification of employees;
• Development and implementation of provisions, instructions, acts with OP;
• Organization of OP; Causes of cases of occupational injuries, prof. diseases, development of measures to prevent and eliminate and, as well as improving the conditions and safety;
• Preparation of projects and orders on issues, internal reports on OP; . the condition of the equipment, determining its compliance with the requirements of safe work;
• participate in the creation of an effective occupational safety management system according to legislative requirements; ;
• Conduct training, trainings and assessment of occupational safety and fire safety knowledge with the registration of relevant documents; ;
• Accounting, organization and participation in the investigation of cases of industrial injuries, professional and unprofessional diseases, violation of the requirements of PB, etc.
• To control compliance means, technological processes, collective and individual protection of employees, timely issuance of PPE, checking the availability of technicalbiological documentation at workplaces;
• Maintenance of current occupational health and safety documentation;
• Organization of internal and external occupational health and safety training for warehouse employees;
• Prompt resolution of non-standard situations in the work of the warehouse;
• Formation of reporting documentation, archive formation;

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical) (preferably a special education in occupational safety or fire safety);
• Experience of working in companies as an occupational safety engineer from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the legislative framework on occupational safety, regulation of economic activity , the basics of environmental legislation, man-made and fire safety, civil protection;
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation on labor protection, operation of technological equipment, fire safety;
• Preferably, experience in implementing best practices: risk assessment, identification of root causes of accidents, contractor safety, etc.;
• Document management;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• Excellent skills written and oral communication, knowledge of the English language (preferred);
• A confident user of a standard suite of office programs (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, databases data, Gmail, etc.);
• Experience with electronic accounting systems (WMS, 1C, Odoo, BAS, SAP, etc.) (preferred)
• Knowledge of the basics of record keeping, work methods with computer and office equipment, information technologies;
• Experience in conducting negotiations and ensuring the process of their documentary support;
• Ability to process large amounts of information and keep current documentation;
• Ability to work independently and in a team, stress resistance, quick adaptation, high level of responsibility, organizational skills, friendliness, stress resistance, desire for continuous improvement, initiative, ideation, systematic logical thinking , attention to detail;
• Knowledge and understanding of logistics processes;
• Knowledge and understanding warehouse processes;
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine.
