Responsibilities: Support the technical issues of registration and/or joining of the provider of housing and communal services to the electronic services of the electronic services web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine

Support the issue of providing services by means of the electronic services web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine citizens, insured persons and policyholders, as well as providing banking institutions and organizations that pay and deliver pensions, housing subsidies and benefits with information in electronic form.

Conduct informational and explanatory and methodological work on electronic services of the electronic services web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

Identify persons using video conferencing at the stage of saving information (video recording) and creating individual video files (video of a person, video of documents, video of questions / answers).
