The Ukrainian Center for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education is a specially authorized state institution that is engaged in the evaluation of the quality of education in Ukraine. We are looking for a leading specialist for the technical support department to join our team in the city of Kyiv.

Directions of work:

Implementation of technical support, support and administration of software in information and communication systems.

Requirements for the candidate:

First (bachelor’s level) bachelor’s degree in the field of information technology, security of information or the second (master's) level of higher education (master's) with at least one year of work experience in the specified field.

Understanding the hardware and software of information and communication systems networks.

Knowledge of the technical and operational characteristics, design features, purpose and modes of operation of the equipment, rules for its technical operation.

Proficiency in computer equipment repair and maintenance.

Knowledge of the system the organization of complex information protection, methods of preventing unauthorized access to information.

Owning the technology of mechanized and automated processing of relevant information and performing computer work.

Having work experience in the administration of operating systems of the Windows family.

Knowledge of creating and maintaining computer networks.

Skills in the administration of accompanying hardware and software tools, experience in supporting and maintaining server systems.

Responsibility, good communication skills.

Fluency in the national language.
