1. Checking the design documentation of sections "AR", "GP" of the "R" stage.
2. Formation of an electronic archive of drawings, for official use by specialists of the construction division.
3. li>Maintenance of registers of drawings agreed/accepted in the technical department, with the mark "To work".
4. Analysis and acceptance of changes to the design documentation that contradicts the internal standards and recommendations of the technical department.
5. Checking and finalizing the card of technical solutions in the part of the technical component, in accordance with internal standards and the requirements of the current regulatory documentation.
6. Preparation of the technical task on the budget of the general contract and the tender in the part of information on the main volumes of construction and installation works and the equipment project input data.
7. Checking incoming proposals for the budget of the general contract and incoming tenders for compliance with the technical task and project.
8. Checking contractual prices and additional budgets for compliance with the project, in part of the scope of the main types of works and accepted types of basic materials.
9. Operational management and technical support of construction objects, in the optimization part design solutions, development and unification of technical solutions, compilation of accumulated information, performance of analytical calculations, analysis of complaints and preparation of technical conclusions.
10. Visits to construction sites with the aim of determining the optimality, reliability and technology adopted in the project decisions.
