• Preparation and implementation of property sale and property rental procedures.
• Interaction with authorized electronic platforms of the electronic trading system "Prozorro. Sales".
• Preparation and conclusion of lease and property sale contracts.
• Maintenance of property sale contracts (including the conclusion of additional agreements with counterparties).
• Collection, analysis and processing of information for the formation of reports.
• Effective interaction with other divisions of the company.

Our expectations:

• Incomplete higher\higher education;
• Fluency in the state language (writing and communication);
• The ability to work in a multitasking format and make quick decisions, experience in negotiations, the ability to conduct telephone conversations with potential clients, business correspondence skills.
• Responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work in a team, focus on results.
• Experience in working with primary documents and contracts.
• PC skills at the level of a confident user - MS Office, Microsoft Excel.
