The PROSTOR chain of stores, in connection with the expansion, announces a competition in Dnipro for a new position Leading specialist of the department for the implementation and expansion of the loyalty program.

• higher education - preferably technical mathematical/economic statistics, cybernetics;
• work experience from 3 years, preferably in retail - marketing, CRM, analytics, research;
• additional knowledge in the field of marketing, CRM, data analysis, business analysis, analytics - will be an advantage;
• confident PC user, high level of Excel skills (working with large data sets, summary tables, formulas, charts), knowledge of 1C is desirable; 
• experience working in CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

• formation of periodic reporting of the Department marketing;
• formation of additional reports at the request of direct management or related departments;
• support of business processes and Department projects (communication with partners, timely detection and correction of errors, formation of TOR for related departments, evaluation of results);
• implementation of new tools in CRM, support and performance evaluation.
