Operator of the gas transport system of Ukraine LLC has an open position:

Leading specialist in theplanning, analytical reporting and warehouse logistics department< /strong>

Functional Responsibilities:

• Participation in the development and implementation of effective inventory management strategies, including determining optimal inventory levels, optimization of ordering and delivery procedures; 
• Plans and organizes the movement of goods based on the results of the materials requirements planning function (MRP) in an automated system based on the SAP S/4 HANA software;
• Prepares drafts of orders, orders, letters etc. on issues related to the Department's sphere of activity; 
• Prepares and provides the necessary information and statistical reporting on issues related to the Department's sphere of activity; 
• Participates in the process of identifying and identifying goods that are not used in the Company's activities, for their further sale or write-off; 
• Performs the analysis of turnover of balances, storage periods, etc. in the warehouses of the structural divisions of the Company; 
• Participates in the work of inventory commissions

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• Higher economic education, technical;
• Work experience in the direction of 2 years or more;
• Knowledge of the rules and procedures of storage, storage of materials and equipment, provisions and instructions for their accounting;
• Knowledge of the procedure for registration of primary accounting documentation related to warehouse activities;
• Experience of participating in projects in the field of logistics;
• English language not lower than Pre-Intermediate (preferred);
• Confident user of Excel, PowerPoint;
• Experience in SAP preferred
