Future tasks:

• Preparation of business contracts based on the requirements of the internal customer, < /li>
• Administration of the process of approval of business contracts,
• Registration of concluded contracts
• Analysis of legal documents of counterparties under contracts,
• Display in automated systems of the Bank of stages administration of contracts in accordance with the requirements of these systems;
• Initiation of development of standard contracts;
• Preparation of draft contracts for tender purchases;
• Preparation of reports.
• Participation in negotiations on procurement conditions together with authorized representatives of the customer / employee of the Strategic Procurement Department;
• Participation in the preparation of regulatory documents in the areas of procurement activities, administration and real estate management;
• Analysis of the contractual component in order to optimize document flow with counterparties;
• Introduction and implementation of proposals for optimization and automation of processes and reporting in the Department's area of ​​responsibility.

• knowledge of standard MS Office programs and ABS "SAP for banking »;
