Main tasks:

• Participation in the organization and conduct of evaluation activities, providing administrative support and processing results.
• Interaction with HR managers and department heads for effective internal transfer and development of employees.
• Monitoring of the implementation of training programs and individual development plans (IDPs), preparation of proposals for their improvement.
• Participation in the development and implementation of personnel evaluation and development projects focused on the strategic goals of the company.
• Preparation of newsletters and materials for communication within the company with evaluation, training and development issues.
• Interaction with managers and HR to support the process of evaluation, mentoring and mentoring programs.
• Collection and preparation of primary analysis of data on the results of training and development of employees, preparation of reports for department management.
• Support of the project "Personnel reserve" (selection of personnel reservists and provision of feedback on enrollment), subexpert in drawing up the IPR of personnel reserve employees and, based on the results of staff evaluation, monitoring the implementation of IPR.

Our expectations:

• Higher education in the field of "Personnel Management", "Psychology", "Business Administration" or another related specialty.;
• Experience in the field of HR or personnel management for at least 1 year.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience working with a large amount of data.
• Practical experience in the design and implementation of training and development programs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Ability to make independent decisions and approach assigned tasks responsibly.
• Skills in working with computer programs and information systems related to HR.
• Proficiency in English language not lower than Intermediate level.
• Professional command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook programs; Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MOCO will be an advantage. 400">Assessment software. SHRM, HRCI). Courses on development of leadership skills, assessment and training.
