Responsibilities:

• organization and management of personnel document flow
• formation of staff list
• creation of job instructions Preparation of internal reports on HR

Requirements:

• higher education
• work experience in the personnel department from 3 years and with a staff of 300 people
• knowledge KZpP and personnel administration
• confident user of MS Office
• work experience in 1C (knowledge of ZUP 8.3)
• leadership qualities, attentiveness, responsibility, ability to work with large amounts of information
