The "Interpipe" warehouse includes 5 plants located in Ukraine in Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk region. The structure includes 5 high-tech factories. The company is divided into steel, pipe and railway divisions. This structure allows you to control the quality of products at all stages of production: from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products.

Duties:

• Conducting trainings, workshops, webinars for company employees in offline and online formats, using modern tools for interaction with the group
• Writing methodological manuals and notes to training
• Implementation of post-training activities
• Support of the distance learning system, creation of courses and testing on the platform SDN

• Ability to create effective training programs and present the material in a clear and accessible way
• Experience in developing training programs
• Ability to adapt training programs and personnel development to business needs< /li>
• Understanding of business training methods and skills of their effective use in training
