We are looking for a leading expert in arranging business trips for the administrative department to build the capacity of the newly created procurement agency under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Main duties in the position:

• Planning and coordination of business trips of employees in Ukraine and abroad.
• Booking tickets for all types of transport (air, railway, buses).
• Issue of necessary documents (visas, entry permits, etc.).
• Preparation and execution of reports on completed business trips.
• Checking documents confirming the expenses of employees on business trips.
• Providing support on organizational issues before the start and during a business trip, with readiness to quickly resolve them in case of occurrence (force majeure circumstances, change of route, etc.).
• Provision of visa support and preparation of appeals to the relevant foreign diplomatic institutions on visa issues.
• Collaboration with other divisions to effectively resolve issues related to business trips.
• Ensuring compliance with the norms and requirements established by legislation regarding business trips.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Higher education.
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• The level of English is not below B1.
• Sufficient PC skills (MS Office packages).
• Understanding of privacy.
• High level of communication skills, self-organization and ability to work in a team.< /li>

• Proactive civic position.
• Zero tolerance for corruption.
