Your main tasks will be:

• prepares draft decisions and justifications for them within the limits of approval of changes/conclusion of the Collective Agreement;
• prepares draft responses to requests from enterprises, institutions, organizations and employees Companies on issues that belong to the competence of the management;
• within the limits of competence, carries out an analysis of the implementation of the Collective Agreement "Ukrnafta" and prepares materials for a meeting summarizing the results of the implementation of the Collective Agreement;
• provides methodological assistance to the structural subdivisions of the Company on issues of remuneration and social benefits in accordance with the Collective Agreement, participates within the limits of competence in projects related to issues of employee remuneration; may be involved in the analysis of the use of the Ukrnafta workers' compensation fund.

We expect from you:

• higher education in finance or economics;
• work experience in ERP systems;
• it will be an advantage - work experience in an audit/consulting company, investment department or in the position of financial analyst, financial controller, financial manager in a large manufacturing company for 3 years or more;
• work experience in an oil and gas company, mining or other branches of heavy industry will be an advantage;
• high level of mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• ordered documents, namely an existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation , passport (unexpired) and others.
