Friends, the video and television services department is looking for a leading specialist in the development of the KyivstarTV service through proper management and implementation of plans for the introduction of new products, tariffs, promotions with partners.

• You have work experience in the field of telecommunications or information technologies in marketing — Knowledge of the principles of operation of mobile and fixed communication networks, streaming video, OTT and IPTV television;
• As well as experience in managing projects and products related to television or video content;
• Skills of negotiations, correspondence, working with transactions.

What we entrust to you:

• Collects proposals for video and television services from business units, analyzes competitor proposals and prepares a draft plan for the direction;
• Manages relations with partners: collects and analyzes information about partners of video and television services; prepares presentations of video and television services for them, ensures the attraction of new partners, organizes the process of partner selection, accompanies the signing of transactions with partners, prepares cooperation schemes and working conditions with partners, proposals for improving relations with partners, etc.
• Ensures coordination of development of video and television services.
• Provides analysis of performance indicators and performance of video and television services, analyzes deviations and dynamics;
• Controls compliance with the terms of providing existing video and television services (to client interfaces, assortment policy, policy of relations with partners);
• Monitors the implementation of planned indicators (terms, budget, quality)
• Ensures timely launch of new and updated services;
• Prepares proposals regarding requirements for service providers within the framework of contests and tenders, evaluates relevant parts of tender proposals.
