  Your main tasks will be :

  • Conducting tender procedures for the performance of works and services in general for the company;
  • Conclusion of contracts for the performance of works and services in general for the company;
  • Preparation of documents for approval of the results of the procedures carried out;
  • Control over the execution of contractual work;
  • Ensuring communication between participants process;
  • Formation of reporting according to the directions of the department.

  We will be glad to see you in the team if you have :

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in procurement and drawing up contracts;
  • Understanding the procurement process and contractual work;
  • Experience of bidding on electronic platforms (Prozorro, Smart Tender);
  • Experience of working in QUANTUM-ECHO programs, AxDraft, SAP MDG (will be +);
  • Confident PC user (MS Office, including MS Project);
  • High level of multitasking and independence;
  • Organization and perseverance.
