Temporary position

Purpose of the position:

Ensuring the reliability, quality and efficiency of the Company's telecommunications network.

Main functional responsibilities:

• Develops requirements for carrying out emergency and recovery and planned and preventive works on radio and transport networks, implements them and monitors compliance, in particular: determines the technology of emergency maintenance of the infrastructure of network objects, the procedure for the interaction of units, the procedure for organizing the work of technical support (TP) employees of the network, the forms and scope of reporting, etc.  
• Represents the interests of the Company as a technical specialist when interacting with state oversight bodies or other institutions, companies and organizations that control the Company's work or interact with the Company on other issues.
• Monitors the needs of resources needed to perform technical support (TP) of the network, makes a plan for the purchase of equipment, tools and materials, forms a budget, accompanies the procurement process.  
• Controls the implementation of network maintenance plans both by the Company's employees and with the involvement of subcontractors. Controls the completeness and quality of work.  
• Organizes and monitors the performance of maintenance work with the involvement of subcontractors at the Company's network facilities.
• Collects and analyzes network statistics, determines needs, prepares proposals for improving the reliability and quality of the network : adjusting the maintenance processes of network objects, determining the need for modernization of the network infrastructure, etc.  
• Develops and maintains automated Power BI reports on network IT for company management based on network and other statistics data.
• Analyzes network technical support processes, identifies needs and ways to improve efficiency. Initiates and implements projects for the development of the TP model, in particular: changes in the scope of TP, changes in the model of attracting own or external resources, implementation of partnership programs with other telecommunications companies, etc.   

Qualification requirements for candidates:

• Higher technical education in the field of telecommunications or energy.< /li>
• Work experience of 2 years in the field of telecommunications. 
• Knowledge of PUE, PTE, PBEES, PKEE, PPEEM, regulatory documents in the field of energy and telecommunications. 
• Knowledge of basic provisions for design, construction and operation of telecommunication network facilities.
