Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the provision of a daily high level of customer support for their requests regarding the operation of the Bank's electronic channels
- Timely registration and fulfillment of all client requests in the relevant systems according to existing bank policies and procedures
- Timely resolution of issues/problems in customer service in order to improve the level of service
- Participation in presentations of electronic banking/channels to clients, conducting trainings for users, setting up access, rights, helping to fill out the necessary documentation
- Participation in projects and tasks related to online channels and connecting channels (integration with customer channels, localization of channels, etc.)

- Help in monitoring the availability and proper functioning of electronic services provided to clients.
- Conducting negotiations with clients and partners that will meet professional ethics and satisfy their needs as much as possible.
- Ensuring the implementation of internal control procedures related to management activities.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in the use and support of special IT systems: products, operating systems, office applications, electronic banking systems (online client banking systems, host-host connection channels)
- Knowledge of the relevant legal framework in the field of payment services, electronic document flow.

- Work experience related to the provision of services and customer support.
- Experience in an international environment will be a plus.
- Higher education
- Fluency in the state language and a competent level of English
