The Lead Specialist in Resource Mobilization and Partnerships in Sustainable Innovative Finance will play a leading role in the TCHU team, focusing on improving the organization's approaches to innovative finance and resource mobilization from the private sector and international grants This role will deliver a sustainable, long-term financial strategy aligned with the mission and goals of TCHU and the Innovation Funding Department, fostering partnerships and opening new opportunities.

Through your work at TCHU, you will directly contribute to solving important humanitarian challenges, helping vulnerable population groups in Ukraine and abroad.

Main tasks include:

  • Technicaldevelopment: Develop models of innovative financing and resource mobilization strategies, ensuring their alignment with the organization's goals. li>
  • Strategic planning: Develop, plan and implement plans for the development of the organization in key sectors, implementing innovative financial solutions that are relevant for TCHHU and Ukrainian context.
  • Innovative financing strategies: To support the conceptualization and implementation of innovative financing strategies for Ukraine in close cooperation with the leadership of other structural units of the Ukrainian Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

  • Integration of programs: Work in close partnership with teams and program coordinators of other structural divisions of the TCHU to ensure alignment of resource mobilization with the strategic priorities and operational needs of the TCHU.
  • Development of proposals and presentations: Create and participate in the preparation of high-quality presentations and proposals for investment and financing opportunities, responding to short-term requestsand proactively identifying future prospects.
  • Local Fundraising Initiatives: Explore and initiate local fundraising opportunities, working closely with the TCHU teams to diversify funding sources and expand partnerships .
  • Risk assessment: Analyze partnerships and funding opportunities, assess their feasibility and risks, providing recommendations for strategic adoption solutions.
  • Reporting and compliance: Support the coordination of reporting processes for partners and donors, ensuring accountability, compliance with funding requirements and maintaining the reputation of the organization.
  • Mitigating risks: Identify and minimize risks associated with innovative financing mechanisms, adhering to the standards of the TCC and donors.
  • Increasing qualifications: Develop knowledge-sharing sessions and trainings for the TCHU teams and stakeholders on innovative financing and resource mobilization to strengthen internal capabilities.
  • Targeted communication: Develop communication materials , which emphasize the uniqueness of the TCC and demonstrate the initiative to potential donors, investors and partners.
  • Emergency fundraising: Support strategic and operational aspects emergency fund-raising campaigns, contributing to the rapid mobilization of resources during crises, in particular using innovative financing models.

Qualification requirements and personal qualities:

< p>The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: Relevant education in social or political sciences, finance, economics etc.
  • Experience: Experience with financial modeling and resource mobilization, with a strong focus on business development, proposal writing, fundraising and donor engagement. Experience in humanitarian or organizational development preferred but not required.
  • Technical expertise: Broad understanding and interest in innovative financial models such as impact investing, insurance models or microcredits.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and secure partnerships and funding opportunities within the private and public sectors.
  • Leadership and collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with local and international partners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of languages: Fluency in Ukrainian and English (oral and written).

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the financial stability and strategic development of the Che CompanyRed Cross of Ukraine through innovative financing initiatives.
