We are looking for a leading personnel administration specialistfor the Group enterprise - Zaporizhstal.
What needs to be done:
- organize the recruitment of personnel for the enterprise: search for candidates, conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews screening, participation in interviews, support of the candidate at all stages of recruiting, formation of hiring proposals;
- organize and fully support personnel administration work in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (admission, transfer, dismissal, administration of personal data, work with work books);
- work with HR analytics: preparation of reports on vacancies, staffing, hiring dynamics, outflow, effectiveness of recruiting channels; form analytical conclusions and recommendations for management;
- keep records of personnel in the accounting system;
- provide consultations to company employees within the limits of their powers;
- form and manage personal files of employees;
- analyze personnel legislation and timely implementation of changes;
- participate in the development of HR processes: improvement of hiring, adaptation, personnel evaluation procedures; participation in internal HR projects and initiatives. personnel; participation in internal HR projects and initiatives.
