ATB Corporation invites to its team a Leading specialist in organizational development.

The main duties of this position are:

• Ensuring and controlling the development, implementation and execution of internal organizational normative and regulatory documentation.
• Establishing the measure of personnel labor costs (time norms, production norms, service norms, number norms) in specific organizational and technical conditions.
• Conducting photographs of the working day, photo-chronometric measurements during the study of labor processes.
• Management growth control based on methods of its calculation and established standards.
• Calculation of the number of employees by management functions and structural units in accordance with industry staffing standards, analysis of deviations.
• Reporting preparation.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation, organization of production and management.
• Knowledge of the procedure for developing labor standards; mathematical methods used for rate calculations.
• High level of Excel.
• Organizational skills.
• Analytical skills.
