Main responsibilities:

• Maintenance of general contracts with clients (drafting, assessment, organization of reporting, termination of business relations)
• Support of bank dealers with issues design transactions with securities - interaction with internal departments of the bank on securities issues (reporting, support of internal and external audits)
• Development and submission for consideration of internal regulatory documents (regulations, procedures, descriptions of processes, products, templates contracts) that regulate the Bank's professional activities

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in finance, banking, insurance and stock market, economics, accounting and taxation
• 1 year of experience in banking
• Experience working with legislative and regulatory acts in the Bank's field of work
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of professional activity on the markets of capital
• Experience in working with resolutions, decrees, orders, regulations, instructions
• Skills in working with Google Sheets
• Ability to work with large amounts of data
< li>Fluency in the Ukrainian language
• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level — B1
