We are looking for a leading specialist from managerial training to the Group's enterprise - Metinvest Business Service.

What to do:

• make a collection and processing of applications, actualization of training needs;
• form and administer the training schedule plan;
• organize training in face-to-face and online format, hold meetings and conferences for the development of the internal coaching system and at the level of customer enterprises;
• conduct training in face-to-face (on the territory of customer enterprises) and online format with the observance of a unified methodology in the implementation of corporate training programs;
• provide primary methodical and consulting support to the employees of the client enterprise in the direction of their activity;
• keep track of the fact of training;
• keep reporting on processes.

Our expectations:

• complete higher education in pedagogical, technical, economic or humanitarian fields;
• work experience in the field of education / organization and conducting corporate training is desirable;
• knowledge and presentation skills, management of training content and group dynamics, adaptation of training programs;
• confident user of PC, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), MS Teams, MS Forms. Experience in SAP, 1C, Oracle systems is welcome.
