What we will entrust you with:

• Preparation of HR dashboards, visualization and analysis of data, preparation of conclusions and presentation to customers.                        
• Responsible for selective analysis and control of personnel master data in accounting systems for timely correction of errors HR DWH and/or SAP HCM)                      
• Participate in the formation of methodology and business processes for the preparation of reports and HR analytics MHP Holding                  

We are happy to invite you to an interview if you have:< /strong>

• Experience in software 1C, SAP, preferably SAP HCM / SAP SF from 1 year;
• Professional level of mastery of Excel, Power Point, О365, at least 2 years;
• Possession of Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, PowerBI tools is desirable;
• Experience of working with large arrays data;
• Budgeting skills, plan/fact analysis;
• Experience with HR analytics"
