We are announcing a competition for a vacancy Benefits and Compensation Specialist/Manager (Foreign Asset Liability)
Our expectations:
- Experience of working in the relevant direction from 2 years in a structured company with 50 or more employees
- Experience of working with companies in European jurisdictions , Asia - an additional advantage
- Understanding/experience in the implementation of the grading system, material motivation
- Knowledge of the principles of salary formation, methods material and non-material incentives
- Developed working skills in Excel (formulas, summary tables)
- Experience in Power BI is an added advantage
- Systems thinking and advanced analytical skills
- Multitasking , independence, involvement, willingness to take the initiative within the scope of one's function and bear responsibility for the result
- Knowledge of the English language at the level upper-intermediate - mandatory
Main duties:
- Analysis of benefits and compensation, development of non-material incentive programs
- Administration of salaries, other charges
- Budgeting and control of the implementation of FOP and other personnel costs
- Analysis of the salary market, motivational programs and compensation packages, participation in salary studies
- Formation of statistical/analytical data on personnel
- Participation in the construction of reward systems for employees
- Interaction with foreign consultants
- Development, implementation, support, updating of policies, procedures, regulations
- Participation in process automation
