your duties will be:

• Vacancy profile, candidate search, screening, telephone and online interviews, Providing for candidates, Candidate Candidate Base, External Candidate Reserve
• Cooperation with the heads of the company's departments to determine staffing needs, candidates' approval
• Provision of regular recruitment process and selection results
• introduction of new technologies and approaches to optimize the process of recruiting personnel

Required Experience:

• Experience in motivation and retention of staff
• Experience of successful closure of vacancies of different levels and organization of full recruitment cycle for mass and medium levels in Ukraine and friendly countries

Requirements:

• Higher Education
• Ability to work in team and sociability
• responsibility and organizational skills
• The desire to study and develop in the selected field
