Location: Lviv, Ukraine

Requirements:

  • completed higher education in the field of psychology;  

  • additional education in the field of psychology and psychotherapy (in particular, EMDR, CETA, CBT and other methods and areas of psychotherapy);  

  • experience of conducting individual consultations and group events for at least 2 years;  

  • experience of working with IDPs, veterans, families with children;  

  • experience in organizing and conducting activities on psychoeducation or topics related to mental health;  

  • understanding of group dynamics.  

Locations: Lviv city and Lviv region.  

Responsibilities:

  • carry out individual psychological interventions, including short-term consultations;  

  • use psychological methods developed according to the scientific evidence base, for example IASC MHPSS or other international programs;  

  • organize group meetings or conduct a psychotherapy group;  

  • distribute and develop informational materials about mental health (e.g. methods of stress management, coping mechanisms);  

  • carry out psychodiagnostics;  

  • carry out measures of psychological support and preventive interventions in local communities; 

  • participate in the organization of methodical work of Center employees

  • participate in the development and coordination of work schedules;  

  • responsibilities, establishing and implementing a plan, professional development and increasing the level of knowledge.   

  • participate in the work of field mobile teams;  

  • provide reports based on the results of the work performed.
