We are looking for a highly qualified marketer with experience in the B2B segment. This role is key to the formation and implementation of a strategy for the promotion of logistics services in the market, which will allow the company to strengthen its position and attract new customers. Location — m. Kyiv, hybrid format (office/detached). You must be with the team periodically.
Purpose of the position: f strengthening the strategy for the promotion of logistics services, focusing on the needs and demands of the market.
Main duties:
1. Studying the needs of existing customers: conducting a detailed analysis of the customer base, segmenting customers with the aim of identifying their needs and desires.
2. Research and analysis of the market of potential customers: studying the competitive environment, identifying new opportunities for business growth and development.
3. Organization and conduct of NPS (Net Promoter Score): assessment of customer satisfaction and collection of feedback to improve service quality.
4. Advertising and sales promotion of logistics services: development and implementation of SMM (social media marketing) strategies, organization of conferences, webinars and other events to attract attention to the company's products.
5. Rozdevelopment of a product line of logistics services: preparation of presentations, promotional materials, as well as other marketing tools for effective promotion of services.
