Main duties:
- Management of the full cycle of personnel selection and hiring: preparation of the vacancy profile, search for candidates, screening, conducting interviews, providing feedback to candidates, formation of job offers, participation in the adaptation of new employees
- Maintenance of the candidate database, formation of a reserve of external candidates
- Search for candidates for the positions of specialists, managers in Ukraine and for trade enterprises abroad using various channels and tools: LinkedIn, job search sites, social networks, etc.
- Organization of work to attract young specialists from specialized universities
- Monitoring the efficiency of personnel recruitment based on analytics
- Development and ensuring compliance with company standards in the direction of selection and hiring
- Monitoring of the local labor market and wages.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education, at least 2 years of experience as a hiring manager (preferably in the FMCG sector)
- Successful experience of closing export vacancies in various directions in Poland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Moldova, etc.
- Experience in developing search strategies and evaluating candidates in the context of staff shortage
- Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level; knowledge of the program Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation.
