Leading manager of recruitment and adaptation of personnel in Konditerskaya korporaciya «ROShEN»

Main responsibilities:

• Management of the full cycle of recruitment and hiring of personnel: preparation of the vacancy profile, search for candidates, screening, conducting interviews, providing feedback to candidates, formation of job offers, participation in the adaptation of new employees
• Maintenance of the candidate database, formation of a reserve of external candidates
• Search for candidates for the positions of specialists, managers in Ukraine and for trade enterprises abroad with the help of various channels and tools: LinkedIn, job search sites, social networks, etc.
• Organization of work to attract young professionals from specialized universities
• Monitoring of the effectiveness of personnel recruitment based on analytics
• Development and ensuring compliance with company standards in the direction of selection and hiring
• Monitoring of the local labor market and wages.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education, 2 years of work experience as a hiring manager (preferably in the FMCG sector)
• Successful experience in closing export vacancies in various directions in countries Poland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Moldova, etc.
• Experience in developing strategies for searching and evaluating candidates in conditions of staff shortages
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level; knowledge of MicrosoftExcel
• Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation.
