In our team you will:

• Develop and implement customer experience management strategies
• Analyze customer feedback (surveys, feedback, CRM data) and develop recommendations for service improvement
• Conduct trainings for employees on service standards and communication with customers
• Conduct monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (NPS, CSI, CES etc.)
• Implement processes that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
